This is an exciting conference from the Association for Project Management (APM) Programme Management Specialist Interest Group (ProgM SIG). The conference looks to demonstrate the importance of programme management in an era of reduced and restricted budgets, whilst still delivery the programme benefits that are required, and in many instances being expected to deliver more for less.
The day is structured around 4 cross-cutting themes:
- Programme management competence
- Delivering collaborative change
- Organisational change management
- Communities of practice
These themes will be delivered through a number of sectors including health, defence, police and central government to name a few.
